I am a City fan and i really don’t want them to win this year. But i would say that Liverpool played really well and the mighty Barca were holding for their dear life until they scored the lucky 2nd goal. Well played scousers and hope win your home tie against Barca👍🏻

barca was better they knew what they were doing except in beginning of second half where we suffered before that pool didnt have a single shot on target, barca was way better in dead ball situation and predicted their passes perfectly and ter stegen showed he is best goalie in the world the few chances pool had

Very Unlucky Liverpool. When keita got injured that's when Liverpool lost. They had gini, Henderson, milner and fabinho (all defensive midfielders). Gomez who was injured and came straight to semi final. Still Liverpool had chances only if they could capitalise.

Liverpool in the second match need to make sure they go all out. All out. They need to attack and scare Barca in the second match. They need to setup like they did against arsenal this season when they won (5-1). They need to play Fabinho, Keita and Shaqiri in midfield. They will have creativity in the midfield. Liverpool will create chance and If the front 3 don't capitalise someone from the midfield 3 can. Unlike today Henderson, milner and Gini are good players but for Liverpool to win THEY need to setup like they did against arsenal and change Gini for Keita.

Players like Hendon, milner and Gini cannot play for 90 min. They all look tired and start to play sloppy from 65min. Thats when Klopp needs guts and make changes not that the players are not performing but the fact that they are tired. No player would ask to come off especially in big game like this.

I have huge respect for this man. He's so cool and clear-headed, even in the moment of a bitter defeat. Not once does he blame the officials, the weather og who knows what? He keeps focus on what he knows and what he thinks his team could have/should have done better (which - in this case - wasn't really much), and how the opposing team was more sharp/cynical when they had the ball.
