In terms of looks and spec V4 is no doubt better but when it comes to practical i say v3 has more to offer ....if you upgrade the forg into USD & ecu upgrade V3 is still the king in 155 cc
Edit: V3 produce more maximum torque ...you may not notice it but when it comes to track it makes a huge difference result
