Sir, like you had given interview for IOCL & ONGC. And OIL is same as ONGC in terms of work operation and my question is what to answer if they ask "Why do you wanna join OIL ? What is your motivation to join OIL ?" I belong to defence family and so I can answer to this question if asked in defence psu as I can relate, but what to reply in Oil Exploration company like OIL/ONGC ?

Like its my 1st interview and idk what to reply to this. I checked internet and everywhere it praises ONGC better than OIL. So what should be perfect reply to the question ?
For hobby can i say like this.... Sir i don't have any specific hobby but in my free time i listen to music, read books( novels) , surfing internet etc.

The work culture of OIL is far better than ONGC.
