@02:29 MSX computer for £99.99 - I don't remember them at the time, I think they were big in Japan. Not sure they could get away now with saying they won't go out of date...… I do know that in 2006 someone brought out the 1chipMSX but afaik that never made it to Europe.
I remember the house getting burgled, my MSX was taken Think my folks must've been hassled into buying the thing at Dixons No chance of getting games for the thing Was thankful when I was bought a Spectrum off the insurance money I'm sure the tea leave would've eventually been giving money away to take it off their hands
When they told us margarine - which is used to fatten geese- was better than butter. Now we know that isn't true. And yet we still listen to 'science-based' studies, sponsored by big corps now that tell us lab grown food is going to save the world. Oh and make them a fortune too but that's incidental, of course... 🤦🏼♀️
