Great Summarization of modern Indian History. As she claimed it is for someone who is more concerned about the process till independence and not facts.
It was in Regulating Act 1773 that any official from the company was restricted to have private trade and not in Pitt's India Act. Also, before Pitt's India Act 1784, there came Settlement Act 1781. Good session for revision but at some places information is not so apt and confusing. One who read NCERT and standard books would be able to find those errors easily. :) Would recommend to r=go through this after reading the books at least once.

The one I talked about was disobey movement which was withdrawn due to jallianwala hatyakand.....then he again launched a non cooperation movement which he was about transform into civil disobedience movement, but was not able to due to chauri chaura hatyakand. ma'am in chapter 4 u hv mentioned that all the bengal portion was ruled by bengal govornor. But assam nd NE portion was ruled by Ahoms who ruled for nearly 600yrs (1228-1826). After the treaty of yandaboo in 1826 assam portion was captured by british.

I am really pleased with your short but sweet and understandable explanation of each point in history. I have reviewed it for more 2 to 3 time and prepared my own short notes in chronological order, which I was not able to do earlier due to mixture of all confusing history.

ma'am in chapter 4 u hv mentioned that all the bengal portion was ruled by bengal govornor. But assam nd NE portion was ruled by Ahoms who ruled for nearly 600yrs (1228-1826). After the treaty of yandaboo in 1826 assam portion was captured by british.
