    Recent scientific studies provides strong evidence that sleep is important for optimizing memory performance.There is a growing evidence that multi-night sleep restriction can impair cognitive performance and many adults do not receive adequate nocturnal sleep.
    Napping can provides the solution for this problem. Mid-afternoon naps have been shown to benefit alertness, sustained attention, and declarative memory as well as the learning of new material, both following sleep restriction and even when participants receive sufficient nocturnal sleep.
    In the following article (pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32227...) published on february 2020 you can also see that "a daytime nap following a normal night of sleep benefits encoding and could restore hippocampal capacity compared with an equivalent waking period."
    A simple trick to fall asleep fast: Take a moment to relax before you go to sleep. Turn off the lights and start taking few gentle deep breaths. Let the inner chatter fade away as you lay down in your bed. Breath in... breathe out... repeat until you fall asleep.

      Hello friend, the best advise I feel I can give you is to get help, from a psychologist if you can, I recommend reading “ Your Erroneous Zones” from Dr. Wayne Dyer. Go ahead an take some real action mate, don’t loose more of your precious time feeling sad. Hope this helps! It sounds cliche, but it’s true, yes you can !
