I just found your channel, it is amazing. I will go through the videos applicable to me. I have a question though, is it possible for tight scalenes to be visible? I’ve a had visible knot in the scalene triangle for over a year, the muscle seemingly wraps around my neck back towards my spine- only on my right side. My left side the knot and muscle are absent. Is this most likely the scalenes? When raising both arms overhead my right arm is much shorter than my left as well, with some pain in the scapula. I know it would be hard to diagnose over the internet. Just wondering if I am on the right track looking into the scalenes.
sitting on the floor will always be problematic... so the best thing you can do is find alternatives to that position. And if you cannot, then managing time is your best way out. That's what I explain here: th-cam.com/video/1x2Rdh2p3K0/w-d-xo.html
