About energy transmission

Reiki Notes & Common Experiences:
1) You may feel an initial increase of stress or anxiety coming to the surface. This is normal! Allow it so happen (don't fight it). It is coming to the surface to be cleared.

I have done this meditation so many times. I definitely feel a shift in me and how i behave and also it is attracting so much abundance into my life
Whoa.. I always search up guided meditations and see what pops up and aligns. I haven’t seen this one on here and today it was one of the first few that popped up 🥲❤️ This video resonated so much and I feel like accelerated my process of alignment so naturally and beautifully. It’s the little OOMF I needed! My baby was kicking the whole time. Maybe she liked it too :)
