I honestly wasn’t sure why it was shaking me so much at first, but then I realized my last grandmother passed a year prior (one who always reminded me so much of her and shared the same name). her exuberance was contagious and her love could be felt through the screen. ❤

I lost my grandma on Thursday night this week, she was such a big part of my childhood. My only grandparent. She always showed love for me. She was funny & smart & never failed to let me know she loved me. Every time I would call her, she knew it was me just by my voice. She had 7 children, and 12 grandchildren, and I think 10 great grand children. She was always involved in my life, we had the best grandchild-grandparent relationship. She was one of the few people in my life who fully understood me. She lived to be 90, and lived through everything (including COVID)… I miss her so much. This was nice to watch. Thank you for posting. Hug grandma extra hard, Drew. She loves you so so much.

It is so hard losing a grandparent you love, I'm so sorry for your loss sweetie. I lost my Nan in 2014 and I still think about her everyday because she was just an angel, and in her eyes I never could do wrong. She made me feel so loved and she was my best friend. I miss taking care of her and taking her to the grocery store we always had so much fun while she would ride around on her little scooter lol. Ugh this is so wholesome and everything I need rn. My grandma passed 3 years ago and she was the one person who truly loved me for me and didn't make me feel not good enough. I try to be grateful I had her instead of sad that she is gone, but it's hard. Especially around Christmas, because we used to always have it at her house and we haven't had it the past 3 years at all due to nobody wanting to take it over. You're so lucky to still have yours.

I'm literally crazy commenting, but Dan from the H3 podcast has really got me thinking about losing hair, because that's always my biggest fear because I'm known for my thick hair (flex). What would happen if I didn't have that anymore? It's ridiculous to be worried, the body dysmorphia (?) is real, but it's only in your head. Other people may push hair products or whatever, just like people do for me and my acne, but for real it's not something you can change if you're healthy or being yourself everywhere else, so why worry? Dan looks awesome bald, but he wears beanies a lot too and it looks great, but I don't think he does it to hide the bald, it's just him and it rocks! I adore your grandma. You are so blessed that she is still so sharp. My grandmother is almost 94 and has sadly been going downhill. It breaks my heart. We have to basically yell for her to be able to hear us and she’s starting to hear and see things that aren’t there. She’s always been so strong and independent and extremely intelligent. Ugh this is so wholesome and everything I need rn. My grandma passed 3 years ago and she was the one person who truly loved me for me and didn't make me feel not good enough. I try to be grateful I had her instead of sad that she is gone, but it's hard. Especially around Christmas, because we used to always have it at her house and we haven't had it the past 3 years at all due to nobody wanting to take it over. You're so lucky to still have yours.

I feel you, my Nan loved me no matter what I did, I never did wrong in her eyes. She passed in 2014 and I can't believe it's been that long already. So seeing this really brings me comfort and makes me feel so warm inside. Seeing Drew and his grandma together again is everything. ❤

For real, im at the part where you talk about your hair, and it looks fine!! it looks healthy, my boyfriend has a receding hairline and he looks so handsome to me, don't waste your time worrying about it. love the beanie look butif you want to experiment with your hair, do it!! as long as you're being you, you have nothing to be self conscious about. and im saying this while being ashamed of my acne at 20, but i'm in that process of accepting myself and how i look! even if you aren't feeling yourself, don't let yourself stop you from having fun
I'm literally crazy commenting, but Dan from the H3 podcast has really got me thinking about losing hair, because that's always my biggest fear because I'm known for my thick hair (flex). What would happen if I didn't have that anymore? It's ridiculous to be worried, the body dysmorphia (?) is real, but it's only in your head. Other people may push hair products or whatever, just like people do for me and my acne, but for real it's not something you can change if you're healthy or being yourself everywhere else, so why worry? Dan looks awesome bald, but he wears beanies a lot too and it looks great, but I don't think he does it to hide the bald, it's just him and it rocks! And you know your grandma doesn't judge how you look, it comes from that misguided sense of love/care, just like parents can be when you gain weight (also like Ethan from the H3 podcast) bro I really am crazy commenting, but I just feel so passionate about sharing that lol! You're killing it, and you look great and feel like you have a happier vibe💕

I watch videos of drew and his grandma when I'm missing my dad. He died last year and watching them helps me remember the good times we had. I know she passed away and I just want drew to know I relate to his struggles with that. They're with us through the memories. I wish I had videos of me with my dad. I lost my dad suddenly in April and since Drew posted about his grandma passing i’ve been going back and watching them together and I feel the same way, it helps me feel the connection I had with my dad and I would love if I had videos like this. It’s lovely to watch Drew and Dorothy together I am sorry for what you are going through its been so so hard
