- After my 2nd Attempt of graduating MDK, Rhabdomyolysis 005 & 180/120 Blood Pressure in 006. I've now got to fix, repair & prep for my final attempt at class 007.
Here I show you how bad my legs were destroyed, my range of motion is brutal & I'm extremely tight from the DOMS - Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness.
