I've been having a blast with mine, and everyone who's seen it and tried it ended up loving it. If you haven't tried it yourself, then you can't knock it
@zezeti2246 For the most part yes but the problem is the intel drivers. There are still issues with certain games. Performance issues, graphical glitches etc. I have pretty much none of those issues on my z1 extreme machines.
Hey, can I ask an honest question? So, there’s a lot of TH-cam channels that say the Claw is a let down, and I worry that many TH-camrs hype the Claw are paid to do so. I don’t know if MSI is paying you but, in your honest opinion, is the Claw really a good hand held PC? I have mine coming via DPD tomorrow.
Im would try to be as open as possible here. I purchase this Claw in amazon, MSI did not pay me or send over this products. Yes I have worked with MSI in other products but not this one. with that said: This is the second handheld I try and after a firmware update and a couple drivers Im impressed with the performance and how good Xess works. Many reviews are from launch version this is a 6 to 7 months after release. Im my honest opinion I love mine, but at the same time Im looking forward to try other manufacturers and compare.
yes, but for case like in my country ,this is the cheapest handled there is. got it for around 430 converted to usd. launch price worth it? HELLL NAH@@Asadc1995
Such a clickbait video title, everyone know this handheld is just terrible, so bad even MSI annouced a new one to replace it just 3 months after launch.
Y'all are stupid, no rationale at all. I have a Claw, Allyz1x, Steam Deck amd LeGO, and I'm selling the hell out of the ROG. MSI Feels better, battery has been better, speakers are crazy good, I've had less software issues than ROG, SD card slot works too lol. All you people look at is a bit of extra performance from the competition and that's enough to make you all ONLY fixate on that and forget the other crappy things about the Ally like a bunch of meatheads following the meatheaded leader.
@@KennyMaximum I'm pretty much in the same boat. I've got a Steam Deck, LeGO and I'm buying a Claw today. I like the raw power of the LeGO but it's heavy. I love the screen and ergonomics of the Steam Deck but it's limited by SteamOS (ability to install non linux applications - I don't want to dual-boot it). So I've got the Claw to fill in the gaps. It's got pretty good ergonomics and I got it for a banger price too of $629AUD/$391USD
@@KennyMaximumOf course, there's a rationale: It was awful at release, the performance was abysmal, and it was badly priced. Performance has improved thanks to a LOT of updates, so now it's decent but still outperformed by AMD-based handhelds that cost basically the same. To make things worse, it was too late for the party. It made no sense to buy or recommend it. Now that it's so heavily discounted, I would argue it's good value. You can try to defend it as much as you like, but even MSI was aware it was a dud and DOA. That is why they immediately announced its successor, which looks very promising and better in every way, except its stupid name AI+.

@@imchecotech thank you so much. I appreciate your openness ❤️
Hey @imchecotech have you experienced any random crashes on forza horizon?
Intel is coming along nicely moat people still trust AMD a bit more I seen these for pretty cheap tho!
I have the legion go, is this better, been hearing nothing but its crap and way worse than the rest of them.
This intel chip is nothing close in performance to that one in the Legion, you are fine.
At launch this was a disaster there of those comments. Now is a great contender 🚀
Is it Worth for a 16/512 variant 409 dollars?
@@HctudYTyes, with that price definitely the best choice you can have
You mentioned that the ram is upgradable. How is that possible? Isn't the ram soldered in?
I did and this was my mistake, I meant to say they are different models available . Only ssd is upgradable
@@imchecotech oh understood. Thanks for the clarification. It's a great and informative video. Thank you 🙌
Great video 😊 Can I use Xbox Gamepass for the Claw?
Im glad you like it. Yes, you are able to use Gamepass 💙 with the purchase of the Claw right now you do get 3 months of xbox gamepass included 🤩
@@imchecotech legend!
how this compare to steam deck? how do u get games?
