I'm a diabetic now and cannot eat cookies anymore, yet I watched this video for Trixie, cuz she's just so awesome! I do agree with your rating samoa and thin mints at the top. Btw, "samosa" is a savory Indian fried snack with potato filling, also tasty.
The French toast cookie, Toast-yay! tastes like Cinnamon Toast Crunch turned into a cookie. It’s a bigger cookie with icing on one side. Super tasty! I was pleasantly surprised! It really does taste like the cereal. Especially when you eat the cookie with milk.
I desperately miss the Lemon Chalet Cremes. The lemon creme filling on those kinda graham crackery cookies was such a winning combo. I also miss the little cartoon cookie mascots they used to have.
One of my neighbors was giving away a bunch of toys and when I saw the Easy Bake Ultimate, I had to snag it! I never had one as a child (I'm 60 now). And of course I thought about you! Legitimately, the Girl Scouts are great in a lot of ways! They’re trans-inclusive and queer friendly. They believe in stewardship of the land. We love the Girl Scouts!
Hi :) I was in the Girl Scouts when I was little! We do love them. But can you explain stewardship of the land to me? I looked it up but not really getting a clear answer. Has many connotations I believe?
@@brookef217 I was a Girl Scout for around 14 years and big belief that we in Girl Scouts have is to never leave something worse than where you found it we also were constantly being taught about local plants and how to take care of them. So a big thing Girl Scouts as a hole is taken care of the land
@@brookef217 sure! I was also a Girl Scout, like 20 years ago, but have followed them in the news as an adult. If you Google “Girl Scouts Environmental Stewardship”, a whole bunch of things pop up. There are a bunch of environmentally-geared badges the scouts can earn, from Daisies all the way to Ambassadors. Most of it isn’t anything radical, but these are kids after all. My camp counselors were all a bunch of lesbian environmentalists, and I couldn’t thank them enough for there service in conservative Utah.
This video needs a sequel! Trixie should try the other flavors they weren't in this one as well as the same cookies from the other bakery because they look and taste different! Loved the video! 💜
Thank you for making this video!! I’m a Girl Scout leader and have two daughters that are scouts! You’re my favorite queen, so I was SO happy watching this video! I’ll be sharing this video with our troop AND with people when we do cookie sales again because it was honestly an AWESOME review!! 🥰❤️🍪 Love you Trixie!!! 🎀💖
My absolute fave were the savannah smiles. (Different lemon cookie) that came to be after I was no longer in Girl Scouts. I’d buy like 10 boxes to keep myself stocked up. So sad they aren’t around anymore.
I legit had the biggest fit when I found out that year. Then a friend found out one of the troops near her found a few cases of them, and she sent me a dozen boxes, which I sealed and froze to preserve them for as long as I could. The Lemonades don't hit quite the same, but I'll take them because Lemon cookies.
My brother's love drag race so I looked into different queens and you are my favorite because you feel so "at home" and relatable as someone from the midwest from a small town I also love your music. It all makes sense, sis.
You can be an honorary member of troop 824 in Philadelphia. I haven’t been affiliated with them since elementary school but who cares-Welcome to the troop!
I was a Girl Scout ages 8-14. I’m 21 now. My mom was the troop leader, so when it was cookie season all of troop’s cookies were at my house. It was a crazy time of year.
I’ll forever miss the discontinued Savannah Smiles. It was the predecessor to lemon up. It was like a lemon shortbread dusted with powdered sugar. I miss her.
When Trixie talked about being a kid buying cookies with her grandparents... why do I picture a little farm boy in overalls but full blown trixie makeup glaring at girlscouts.
I was a Girl Scout and I was the cookie queen! That’s the patch you get when you sell the most cookies in your troop. My dad brought the order form to his office and I remember my mom taking me door to door to sell in my neighborhood. It was fun, camp was awesome.
In New Zealand, we had only one, very pain flavour with the girlscout logo baked into it. Loved them to bit's and they were great dipped into any hot beverage eg - hot chocolate. or slathered in butter. Love from London xx
When I was a Girl Guide in Australia we used to source our girl guide biscuits from a New Zealand company and they were lit. Literally broke my heart when we changed suppliers 😭
I LOVED Trixie’s video with KimChi! I thought it was so funny and it’s my comfort video that I’ve gone back to rewatch a few times! I feel like you both came up with other mukbang ideas, so please bring Kim back and make another one!!
I was a Girl Scout for MANY years. I just got rid of literal hundreds of badges. If I would have thought of it before I got rid of them I would have sent them to you.
The lemon ups are my new favorites. The girls who were selling them this year really made me laugh, so I bought a box. I love girl scouts. I did it for a few years myself.
I was a Girl Scout! I won 3rd place in my regional cake bake. I also sold A LOT of cookies-and I think for $1.00 a box. Not sure if selling cookies made a difference for me, but I now run my own business. I manage my rental cottage in our sweet village in SW France. One the negative things about living here…I cannot get Girl Scout cookies!
Idk if they still make them, but there used to be Lemon Coolers. They were lemon cookies covered in powdered sugar, so they had a cooling effect (hence the “cooler” part of the name). I would do unspeakable things to have those again. I haven’t had them in like fifteen years and I still remember them so vividly but I haven’t seen any for sale in forever.
I literally would eat these by the box I haven’t had one since I was like 7 I’m 17 now pls they have a cookie called lemon-ups but it’s bigger frosted cookie and it’s..not the same
I think being a girl scout can be fun, for me it was not. Over saturated area, so no one to buy cookies from the shy girl. And also a leader who held meetings in her trailer (so tight quaters) where she chainsmoked and wouldn't open the windows. I quit in Jr high because asthma and didn't like smelling like a dive bar.
I'm sorry about your experience with a less than stellar leader, we all deserve better than that. Please come back and show your glow-up because it means so much to the girls to know we are out here in our millions still snarfing these cookies and that they too can do what we have done. If Trixie forms a troop I'm in.
@Cait Henry it was my family and grandparents who purchased. I liked Brownies, it was held in our school and was summer camp like. But it was only like that for a short time.
Brooo omg I loved being a Girl Scout I’m so glad Trixie got to try the cookies!! Girl Scouts was such a vibe. Well, it was until our troop leader was changed out for this pregnant lady who was actually the devil. Hated her. She promised to take us to the animal shelter and then yelled at as until her face turned red when we asked when we could go LMFAOO. Long story short-we never went to the animal shelter 💀 every troop meeting after that was just us doing crafts out of a magazine while she sat over in the corner, scowling. rip. still salty to this day
I’m from the U.K. and always wanted to try Girl Scout cookies. The girl guides here (at least my section) just used to pack bags in supermarkets to raise money for camp 😂
Really? I think she meant everyone assumed it would be Thin Mints. I was surprised as an adult most people rate Thin Mints #1 whereas mine was always PB Patties
I can't stand Thin Mints. Then again, I don't like Peppermint and Chocolate as a combo. Savannah Smiles will always be my top cookie even though they're d/c, Lemonades, Samoas, those Peanut Butter cookies smothered in chocolate...yeah, pretty much most of them that aren't Thin Mints. I buy the Thin Mints for family.
@@DinkyInky2 I love Thin Mints but I know many people who dislike mint/chocolate. “Back in my day” we have Animal Treasures which were big square Graham cracker-like cookies with animals printed on them with the entire back coated in chocolate.

I was a scout back in the early 2000s and damn was it fun! Except for the part where my mother was my troop leader I couldn’t get away from her. Regardless, loved selling cookies and seeing the different flavors come and go over the years. My area also had a selling season for nuts and trail mixes and I’ve never heard of anyone doing that

I actually just tried the french toast ones last week! if you've ever had maple sandwich cookies, it tastes pretty much exactly like those, but they're shaped like toast. lol (and the presentation is similar to the lemon-ups, where its a cookie with the icing lathered on the bottom)
I lived in Texas and the BSA actually has a program called The Venturers, and It was a basically a boyscout troop but coed and it was pretty inclusive. I was in it, and it was really fun. We had mostly girls in our troop. You can earn eagle scout as a venturer as well.
the toast cookies came out of nowhere and straight to my heart. They are incredible. can't get enough. Tons of cinnamon and the frosting layer is perfect.

They brought them back like a year or two ago but they disappeared again 😩
I'm a diabetic now and cannot eat cookies anymore, yet I watched this video for Trixie, cuz she's just so awesome! I do agree with your rating samoa and thin mints at the top. Btw, "samosa" is a savory Indian fried snack with potato filling, also tasty.
Love her nod to Wednesday Addams- “Are they made from real Girl Scouts?”
As a Minnesotan, being a scout until 15 is not embarrassing!! Hehe you're just amazing and multi talented
idk about boyscouts but with girlscouts you dont even start learning survival skills and cool stuff til like 12, 13 anyway.
I'm currently about to turn 18 and I'm still one only for one more year tho about to go on a backpacking trip
Wait I'm a girl scout this is an actual cookie! It's got to be a little brownie bakery bruhhhhh
Waiting on a Girl Scout/Wilderness Girl themed drop from Trixie cosmetics.
Oh my gosh, yes!
Wilderness Troup collection, yes!!
walking children in nature collection
SLAY!
Waiting for Trixie to become a girl scout troop leader and teach them real world skills.
I desperately miss the Lemon Chalet Cremes. The lemon creme filling on those kinda graham crackery cookies was such a winning combo. I also miss the little cartoon cookie mascots they used to have.
YES! No one I know remembers the lemon cremes
Ughhh I was trying to find them but couldn’t
I still pine for the lemon chalet cremes of the 90s.
YES! My favorites that no one ever remembers!
lemon chalet was that girl
One of my neighbors was giving away a bunch of toys and when I saw the Easy Bake Ultimate, I had to snag it! I never had one as a child (I'm 60 now). And of course I thought about you! Have you tried this model? If not and you want it, I'd be happy to mail it to you and you can try it! Love your channel.
you’re so sweet !
I love how Trixie is serving Troop Beverly Hills with a country twist. lol.
If this isn't proof that Trixie can talk about anything and I will watch, I don't know what is. It really is all about her banter (and the hilarious editor comments that pop-in).
Trixie: "I really thought I was going to $hit on this cookie..."
Editor: Wrong website
LOL
When I went to college my dad sent me a care package with 1 box of samoas (my favorite) and 2 boxes of thin mints (everyone else’s favorite) so that I could share them with my dorm-mates and make new friends. 💖
That’s so sweet! 🥺
my mum was a cub-scout leader in Australia, I think you would love that Trixie. And there were lots of dessert tasks!
Do-si-do’s are forever underrated. 13 years in girl scouts and they’ve always been my favorite.
Legitimately, the Girl Scouts are great in a lot of ways! They’re trans-inclusive and queer friendly. They believe in stewardship of the land. We love the Girl Scouts!
Except they partner with a weapons manufacturer with a ton of blood on their hands (Raytheon) to “expose more girls to stem fields”
@@nickcherries I believe Trixie said she didn't want to see or hear hate...
My camp counselors were all a bunch of lesbian environmentalists, and I couldn’t thank them enough for there service in conservative Utah.
if trixie was a girl scout leader maybe i would’ve been one
She would leave us in the woods
This video needs a sequel! Trixie should try the other flavors they weren't in this one as well as the same cookies from the other bakery because they look and taste different! Loved the video! 💜
She tried the ones off ABC bakery, and I think she should try the ones off Little Brownie cuz they're also more vegan options.
I loved my Girl Scout years. And Tagalongs that have been in the fridge/freezer for a bit to make them perfect
Yaaassss!! Supporting local girl scouts and tipping our drag queens.
watching every second of trixie with passion while being non american and having never eaten girl scout cookies before
My absolute fave were the savannah smiles.
For me, it was Thanks-A-Lots. Ugh, why do they have to drop cookies at all? Just keep every flavor.
these are the best!!
I get so impatient that they keep changing the lemon haha
BRO SAVANAH SMILES WERE LITERALLY THE BEST COOKIE EVER TO BE CREATED-
My brother's love drag race so I looked into different queens and you are my favorite because you feel so "at home" and relatable as someone from the midwest from a small town I also love your music. It all makes sense, sis.
As a European, girl scout cookies are something that I’ve always wanted to try.
I wanted to be a Girl Scout so bad, so happy for the young trans girls who get that opportunity today.
You can be an honorary member of troop 824 in Philadelphia. I haven’t been affiliated with them since elementary school but who cares-Welcome to the troop!
@@paige2567 this just made me tear up for some reason
I was a Girl Scout ages 8-14. I’m 21 now. My mom was the troop leader, so when it was cookie season all of troop’s cookies were at my house. It was a crazy time of year.
I’ll forever miss the discontinued Savannah Smiles. It was the predecessor to lemon up. It was like a lemon shortbread dusted with powdered sugar. I miss her.
When Trixie talked about being a kid buying cookies with her grandparents... why do I picture a little farm boy in overalls but full blown trixie makeup glaring at girlscouts.
The way you say cookie with such alliteration and power is making me so friCKING HUNGRY
I was a Girl Scout and I was the cookie queen! That’s the patch you get when you sell the most cookies in your troop. My dad brought the order form to his office and I remember my mom taking me door to door to sell in my neighborhood. It was fun, camp was awesome.
I was literally waiting for the "do you believe in milk and cookies" so I was very happy when Trixie said it :D
In New Zealand, we had only one, very pain flavour with the girlscout logo baked into it. Loved them to bit's and they were great dipped into any hot beverage eg - hot chocolate. or slathered in butter. Love from London xx
The chocolate ones are yummy 🤤
they changed the recipe when i was just finishing my time at guides and they were so much worse than the original! it was so sad :(
I wonder if she's ever had an Arnotts Mint Slice...
Aw! Why did you get rid of your badges? Did you throw them away?
The lemon ups are my new favorites. The girls who were selling them this year really made me laugh, so I bought a box. I love girl scouts. I did it for a few years myself.
Omg they are delicious!! 🍋🍋🍋
Il fait vraiment bon-vivre dans le Sud-Ouest de la France, j'espère que vous vous y plaisez !
@@essaly7969 J’aime ma vie ici! C’est une vie magnifique!
1 dollar a box??? It was like 5 when I was a gs?
@@annabelcrescibene4257 the value of a dollar changes, Mary 🤣
Idk if they still make them, but there used to be Lemon Coolers. They were lemon cookies covered in powdered sugar, so they had a cooling effect (hence the “cooler” part of the name). I would do unspeakable things to have those again. I haven’t had them in like fifteen years and I still remember them so vividly but I haven’t seen any for sale in forever.
Why do they discontinue all the lemon cookies?? I love lemon cookies and I can never find them at any girl scout stand
@@jazwhoaskedforthis honestly. They’re by far my favorite type of Girl Scouts cookie but they always chop them first lol
I literally would eat these by the box I haven’t had one since I was like 7 I’m 17 now pls they have a cookie called lemon-ups but it’s bigger frosted cookie and it’s..not the same
I loved being a Girl Scout. I didn't have a very happy childhood, but I do have only happy memories about my Girl Scout experiences. ❤
Great niece is a Boy Scout. She's had a blast! Her dad is an involved with her and he's having fun, too. Camping, visits to interesting places.
I quit after a year or two because the troop mom who was mean to me was announced as the new troop leader. So, I hear ya.
Hahaha I know it's horrible but it sounds like a Simpsons episode
Oof I was so shy I quit because of the cookie selling, and same it was so saturated in my area my parents had to take the sheets to their work
@Cait Henry it was my family and grandparents who purchased. I liked Brownies, it was held in our school and was summer camp like. But it was only like that for a short time.
Tracys makeup is always flawless😍
The best part of Trix is that her videos always feel on brand. Like I thought I already watched this video
Long story short-we never went to the animal shelter 💀 every troop meeting after that was just us doing crafts out of a magazine while she sat over in the corner, scowling. rip. still salty to this day
Wow! I'm so sorry that was your experience!
and this is why you don’t trust pregnant people 😍
This is so true about them being icebreakers! My partner used to be one and their mom so I'll always support them ❤
I’m from the U.K. and always wanted to try Girl Scout cookies. The girl guides here (at least my section) just used to pack bags in supermarkets to raise money for camp 😂
4:12 "I have a favorite going into this." "It's not probably the one you think it is" *Shows the cookie everyone thinks it is*
Really? I think she meant everyone assumed it would be Thin Mints. I was surprised as an adult most people rate Thin Mints #1 whereas mine was always PB Patties
@@clover28helen I didn't even know thin mints were #1 until i finished the video lol I've always thought it was samoas
Thanks Trixie for doing this video, I was a girl scout and I loved it. Selling cookies was one of my favorite things to do and of course eating them. I would have to say my favorites was the thin mints, tag alongs and trifoil. Love you Trixie ❤️
Honestly I was a Girl Scout for my while life from a daisy to being an ambassador and I’m honestly a little proud. Also it’s amazing how many benefits you can get for being a Girl Scout
15:55 thank you for not hating on the OG, Trixie 😍🥰😘 I often hate being cliche myself and getting on the bandwagon but your faves are coincidentally my faves. The new adventurine may be my new fave, though. It slapped me hard.
I was a brownie and girl guide for years (canadian version of a girl scout) and my experience was definitely tainted from years of selling cookies in -35 c windchill where it was completely dark out at 7pm
7 pm? Try 4pm! Those down south of the border will never understand lol
@@arianalouwe7233 Oh, we do. It's like that in Iowa for most of the winter, we're all miserable until spring.
I was a scout back in the early 2000s and damn was it fun! Except for the part where my mother was my troop leader I couldn’t get away from her. Regardless, loved selling cookies and seeing the different flavors come and go over the years. My area also had a selling season for nuts and trail mixes and I’ve never heard of anyone doing that
I love how Trixie rate girl scout cookie..I grew up being girl scouts for 4 years ..it was so fun ..I still have my badges ..I had fun at girl scout camp ..i when there twice..I learn lots of stuff ..my favorite girl scout cookie is thin mints ..i sold lots at cookies ..I love to sell cookies..it was very fun ...I was top seller in my girl scout...even my little sister did girl scout too because she saw me ..having fun too ..I help her lots of selling girl scout cookie at my high school
I got tickets to see Trixie & Katya on their tour in New Zealand in July !!!!
I can't wait!!!!
when trixie's reading the descriptions its like she's doing an instagram story and i luveett
I haven't had girl scout cookies since I was a scout. So many changes since then!
I know what you mean we never had the lemon ones.
Posted as I’m on the couch eating colourful mini marshmallows like it’s popcorn? Amazing
No one talks about how Girl Scouts are the OG girl bosses. These little girls are 2nd only to the devil himself, they always get my money.
Watching this at the airport and a woman wearing a t-shirt that simply says “Cookies” just walked by
I chocked on my drink when you said Crivitz! My grandparents had a trailer up there and we used to go there every summer! We love a Wisconsin Queen
I really hope you notice my comment and I want you to know that you and Katias contact has gotten me through this time of leaving a bad relationship going through a custody battle with my daughter and getting my own place all I’ve been doing is watching your stuff when I can’t handle what’s going on and it’s so incredibly uplifting and helpful thank you so much for showing who you are to the whole world because it’s really appreciated by so many and you have gotten me through so much without even meaning to
I was a Girl Scout and have fond memories of selling cookies out of my little Red Wagon. I kept all the money in a Pringles can for some reason. I myself, am a THIN MINTS Girl.
Great review!
This reminds me of the time I was a Girl Scout and no one was buying cookies so I threw a box at a lady’s head teaching the business smarts for sure
Out of solidarity, I am also eating cookies while watching this video.
My favorite is the s’mores! I can’t believe you did t try it. There are actually two versions of the s’mores. One is a sandwich cookie and the other is dipped in chocolate. My little Girl Scout just finished her cookie season so we are up to our ears in cookies 😄 Love you Trixie! Can’t wait to see you and Katya at the Ace Hotel next month 💗
I remember selling chocolate for school...and we all just ate the chocolate....and paid lol
Trixies make up is just drawing a gigantic butterfly on your face , it's really mesmerizing and beautiful 🥰
In Minnesota they’re called lemonades instead of lemon ups and I absolutely LOVE THEM!! They’re decorated to look like a lemon slice which is so adorable and they’re one of the only cookies that is an all around crowd pleaser, definitely a sleeper hit!
I've been looking for these. Over in North Dakota, we have the bad lemon kind and it's so upsetting.
