Now this one is elegant. You can't duplicate the fabulous look with walls painted in white. Wood is living, it is warm and cozy. I think I will make this my next home.
Breathtaking mansion that was obviously designed in simpler times. So perfect that you just don't want to change it, I usually prefer more modern taste but I would not change a thing in this house!
A Tiffany Chandelier instead of the Waterford. I have a Swarovski that looks very similar to the one over the dining table but I am looking everyday for a Tiffany legacy piece I can afford to replace it. This is an absolutely stunning home.
This is the true house of my dreams ... its like a Stately English Manor house ... i'm I Rapture .... Stunning .... Perfect in every Detail .. it can not ever get better than this Dream Home ... Impossible ...........
if it has always been named Stonehaven.............perhaps the original owner of the property had links to stonehaven in scotland................lovely house/gorgeous interior
Even I, who despises mansions and all that they stand for, must admit that this one is astonishingly beautiful. It has an almost church-like aura. This home is very well done!
I suppose your home will be like the perfect mate: You'll know it when you find it. I live in the desert, and I'm sick of the same brown stucco football-field-size McMansions with the same infinity pools and the same wrought iron and marble. Almost everything here is new, and there is nothing more crass than "Old World elegance" with a faux patina. Thank God I'm poor and don't have to live in one of those things! You seem to have my tastes, though: greenery, fountains, marble, with a peaceful, timeless quality. Perhaps you could pick up an old aristocracy manor in the Irish countryside for song? Great country - beautiful and quite civilized, though a bit damp. Fingers crossed, maybe you'll find something in Florida, though.
***** It seems that Phoenix shares many of the same boom town problems. As it grew, it morphed from a poorly planned place where any business could throw up any crappy piece of architecture with the city's permission to a sprawling city full of brown cookie-cutter cardboard homes, box stores and massive parking lots. If a buck was to be made off of ugliness, to hell with aesthetics. Only the large developers wons. However, there is in north central Phoenix a beautiful green neighborhood full of large homes of all different styles set on lush lots. Really a fascinating area. An English Tudor will be followed by a French Country followed by an American Colonial, followed by a mid-Century Modern, followed by a Spanish Colonial. And they are all beautiful and, miraculously, compatible. But the rest of Phoenix is the victim of years of developer and political freewheeling. Yup, that Georgia home is nice -- but is anything worth living in Georgia for? I don't think so -- but maybe I'm just ignorant.
***** I loved what you were saying about lights. I'll keep this note short, but I think that your best bet might be to show the video to an architect. And, if it is too expensive to build in Florida as is, you could always have him keep shrinking the plans until it is an acceptable price. After all, it would probably still be pretty big, it would be in your price range, and it would be WHERE you want it to be. Good luck!
***** I actually just wrote you a long message that disappeared - so this one will be short! :) I wish you luck! You'll find something that will both save you some taxes and be a lot of fun. You seem very nice, and I hope that something fun comes your way!
In Georgia it would be the COOLING bill. It hits a 100 in the month of August. I lived in Marietta, not far from Alpharetta. Beautiful area. Beautiful state.
I love the rich woodwork, intricate detailing and these rooms are open and welcoming. Easily one of the most beautiful homes in the world, but too big for my taste.

The wood work they put into these old houses were amazing. Wish we still had craftsmanship like this now.
This home have so much character. The wood dealing throughout is simply breathtaking.
This house makes me want to curl up with a good book, or watch an old 30s mystery. And, walk outside in the flowers. Lovely.

Now this is an exceptional home.
The Pianist plays wonderful !
This is the most beautiful home I've ever seen.
Normally I do not like excessive wood panelling inside mansions and stately homes(It makes the place claustrophobic) but in this case it works!
Perfectly ornate without being too much so!
The home dreams are made from. Exquisite! Who would not want this home?
There is no words 😶 that I can I say too say, but gorgeous.

Haunted...The front door opened itself...I'd say the previous owners ran for their lives...

HOW MUCH IS IT? IT'S BEAUTIFUL...
It was up for sale a few years back for 7.5M. It ended up selling a little under 3M.
@@ewalker1057: All that for 3 million? Really? I'd guess at least 50 million in southern California.
Wow....that's all I can say.
beautiful
So nice!
😍 my dream house
What a TOP interior design! Who did it?
Alexaj Kesavaraj The set designer for The Young and the Restless
Nice
I used the mute and played Ray Charles in another tab.
Georgia on my mind
You don't like Keith Jarrett?
Found it with Shazam!! It's titled "Little Red Ribbon" by Jacky Terrasson :) you're welcome
so thank you
There are people who'd actually CHOOSE to listen to that? I hit 'mute', half-a-minute into the tour of this Southern Baptist Wonderland.
Yes... there is...jazz is wonderful
Thank you.
The second piece is Keith Jarrett's, "The Koln Concert". It was all improvised on stage.
Megan and Harry should have looked for something like this.. rather than the cesspool of LA
I am already deposit
I wonder what it smells like in there?
I'll take it😅💵💰🕺🏻
❤️❤️❤️❤️
