Lovely books! Jan Messent's has been my favourite since its release. I have Tilly Rose's other book with me on holiday - Stitched Memories. All of Kaffe's books float my boat. My favourite is an early one based on the V&A. I gave added a couple of your suggestions to my wish list - thank you.
That’s the one - Stitched Memories! Kaffe Fassett is an absolute genius with colour combinations and I adore anything he creates :) I’m so pleased you enjoyed the video Sue! Im currently playing around with some of the fabrics you sent me 🥰❤️
I have probably already told you that I have attended 2 of Kaffe's workshops (ably assisted by Brandon Mably). They are great fun and so encouraging. They kept appearing at my work station with bolts of cloth to try and encouraged me to work outside my comfort zone, particularly with colour. I was stuck re fabric for sashing, and I returned from lunch to find Kaffe waiting for me with a bolt of navy batik, something I would never have thought of. He is a genius.
So much luscious color, so many ideas! A couple of those books are going to be added to my wish list.
