The penny in the needle nose pliers trick is probably the coolest fab technique I have seen. I’ve been hammering the edges of my metal in a home made vice. Thanks for sharing. That’s priceless!!!
caddieman1972 a fan shroud will more than likely solve your issue if you don't currently have one. it's always a good idea to run one so the only air the fan can suck is through the radiator. or you could try electric fans. but In my experience, I've never found an electric fan that can move the same CFM a mechanical clutch fan can.
