“How do two brothers get into the nail care business?” This is the single most common question people ask us. There’s a long and rocky version but we’ll give you the short one. We have our fearless and unconventional mother, Young Salo, to thank. With a single-minded entrepreneurial spirit, she decided to start her own business at the age of 49. She had a passion for the nail industry and we did everything in our power to support her. In the end, this is a family business.
Greg, the older brother, became a licensed nail technician after switching gears from fire fighter’s training. He is energy personified and has a true passion for developing the best professional nail care products and education. Habib is the younger brother. He jumped in a few years later; taking a detour from medical school and a life in music. He brings his own creative mind for business, marketing and strategy. Unexpectedly, we are a perfect team.

When i was younger way back when, robin moses videos taught me how to use acrylic paint for designs, plus my mom and I had a ceramics shop, it was a blast. Loved it. Mom passed when I was 28 miss her so much. She loved so many things, I did her nails all the time. Anyway, might do a set of hibiscus nails soon in honor of her. ❤
Got the pens, all the new merch and some rose gold jars in both sizes and the 1/4 oz white jars for gel plus a coarse safety bit. Can’t wait till ship confirmation’s start going out!!

I got the mission control paint set and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!!!!! I suck at gel polish art, it moves on me, I'm slow so I make a mess with gel polish trying to do art. So those paints are PERFECT for me! I LOVE them so much! Are these new neon colors the same as those paints? The colors are GORGEOUS! if they are the same I'm definitely getting them!
No, the neon cream clays are different than Mission Control. They don’t self level so they stay in place until you move it where you want it to be.

How is the clay different from the mission control?
Mission Control is a painting gel, is self leveling and used in a lot of art application. Cream clays are another type of technology that is like clay. It does not self level meaning when using it the product will stay where it is and not move around. A little goes a long way. Cream clays are highly pigmented.
Can we order for our salon even if we didnt do young nails training?

Question: do the pens dry out fast after a month?
I do know They said to store them laying flat, I do know that. Don’t store them with the cap straight up or down. It helps them last longer but I didn’t hear how long they may last.
Because the tip is plastic and not felt, it shouldn’t dry out fast. Also, like the other commenter said, we recommend storing flat and just make sure to keep the cap on as much as you can when you aren’t using them.

I'm not that great with painting animals and things like that, hopefully these can help me do cartoon like animals at least and flower child type designs.
How can I contact the office? I have a unique situation so normally. I'm able to call and place my order that way. Now there's a link to send an email but nobody is emailing me back.
