The observer will be based on the measured speed feedback and current command. At frequencies below the observer bandwidth, the estimate will be determined by the measured feedback; at frequencies above the observer bandwidth, the estimate will be determined by the integral of the current command, and at the observer bandwidth, the two will be combined. It is not limited to the observer bandwidth and plays a filtering role, but the phase delay is small. All models are discretized and can be verified experimentally.
