No disrespect to other different street food vendors, but seeing how the Korean people keep their cooking area sparkling clean, and how they keep their food fresh, I would definitely eat street food in South Korea. I’ve been overseas to other Asian countries, and believe me how horrified I was the way they kept their cooking station dirty. I have not been to a Korean restaurant, there doesn’t seem to be many in Australia, but from what I’ve seen, I’m going to see where they are😋😋
I like to watch them preparing it so delicately and very clean, I hope that next time we will get some translated words for ingredients if possible , thank u
For most stalls it's the same. Blood sausage, offal, tempura and more. For me its also the cleanliness, devotion of hard work with beautiful people. ♥️🌏♥️

It's very fascinating to look at how they carefully prep for the dish and the amount of ingredients put into it. Very mouth-watering process! Thank you for sharing this.

장갑끼고 음식 만드셨으면 좋겠네요 글고 플라스틱 바가지 대신 스텐으로 대체하셔야 될거같아요
빵집에 빵 반죽은 맨손으로 하는데 그것도 장갑끼라고 하실건가... 스텐으로 대체 하는건 맞는 말씀이신데 장갑은.. 뜨거운음식에 그렇게 좋진 않아요.. 장갑보단 깨끗이 씻는게 중요하죠..
회를썰거나 야채를 썰을때나 뜨거운 기름에 손을이용할때 장갑을 끼고하면 이물 발생도 일어나며 손이 걸리적 거려서 잘못하면 베이는 사고도 일어나요..
우리나라는 위생장갑에 예민한데 장갑을 꼈다고해서 깨끗한거 아니고 안전한거 아니라는거.. 청결은 관리가 더 중요함 보면 반지랑 팔찌차고 음식만드는게.. 더 거슬림
