I am a Pole. I was on the match in the Polish sector, behind the goal. There were many Dutch fans siting together with us, signing, drinking beer and cheering along. No problems whatsoever.

I was there Sunday. On the way to the stadium the bus was packed with Dutch and Polish fans. First we (the Dutch) sang along with their Polish songs and then they sang along with our Dutch songs. That went on for 10 songs, each 5. It was so awesome hahaha. Just screaming another language on a new melody. Polish people are crazy (in a positive way) hahaha, drinking vodka from the bottle, they made me take one big sip and I couldn’t sing for a couple of minutes 😂😂 afterwards I felt great lol

Since some people were commenting on the "all germans are homos" part- as a german I know that it's quite common to call each other a lul, homo* or say kut in the Netherlands, I do not feel offended by their chant at all, I'd rather smile and say "nice one guys" instead of feeling my masculinity to be attacked. If there's anything that should always be there, then it's cheeky remarks and making fun of yourselves and others. Life is even harder without it.
