I'm working on 2 HAEDs at the moment, Beloved and It's About Time. I love the parking method, and am doing my own little variation of Royal Rows, both in tent stitch.
This is looking beautiful, I have started this desighn but I'm not happy with the fabric I'm using, I'm using magic guide 25 count but its the 20x20 squares and for some reason I feel like the stitches are bigger showing more background but will keep going with it, xx
Hi there. I would probably choose a story keep which they also chart from the larger patterns, it's just a smaller area taken from a larger picture. (Can be a bookmark etc.) Also look for a design that has very few small details and larger areas with blocks of colour.
This looks amazing! What stand and size frame do you use? What count fabric and what do you stitch (2 over 1 or 1 over 1?) What size needle do you use?
👋 hello! Omg I feel your pain about mistake 😪 but a cat turn out fabulous! I love such a projects. Also stitching 2 big projects now and few bead cross stitch pics. Good luck with this kitten! I will keep an eye on your wip. You are welcome to visit my little channel. Thanks
How do you keep your lighter colors from getting stained by other colors? I'm having a hard time keeping my creams, naturals and light colors from getting dirty. Any suggestion is appreciated.
Hi Ana , I have not come across this. What brand of threads are you using. Lesser quality floss have been known to bleed and run, especially shades of reds.
@@TheStitchyWitch I am using DMC. It might be my Thread Magic. I think it might be the darker DMC threads leaving some fuzzies or dye. My cream DMC floss has a slight tint of blue.

I want to do that one for my black cat Felix.
I like this design. Also I like your voice and it feels good to listen to your explanations while I'm stitching 😉😇
This is beautiful! 😍
Thank you ☺️
I have this one in a mini pattern by heaven and earth designs but currently I am working on a mini of lisa parker's 'absinthe'. I am loving it.
Ooh that's a lovely pattern. LP does some really lovely ones! I think I'm working on a different one next time though!
“It’s like they’re purposely trying to get you.” 😳 🤔 Yes. I can totally relate to this! 😂

Thank you. :) I know what you mean. I had some of that 20 x 20 fabric and i ended up washing the grid out after starting.
@@TheStitchyWitch yes i definately prefer the 10x10 fabric x
Are you doing this in tent or full crossing doing a gecko kit and I'm doing 2 x1 tent on 25 ct but I'm not sure its good enough coverage
In your opinion what would be the most easiest and the most Beginner friendly heaven and earth Crosstitch pattern for a beginner to do

My opinion is if you have completed a HAED then you are a professional stitcher 😁
I bought this chart 5 years ago and have only put a few hundred stitches in the top left corner. It’s beautiful! Are you doing tent stitch throughout?
Hello, yes this was done with tent stitch throughout it came out very nice!

Hello
It's a lowery stand. In this piece I used 25 count evenweave 2 x1 tent stitch. Sorry, I cannot recall which size needle probably a size 26.
@@TheStitchyWitch thanks so much for your reply! Does the stand just hold the q snap with no attachments? What size q snap? :-)
I love this material can I please ask where you get it ? Xx
Hi, I get the 25 count "easy count" from Lakeside needlecraft in the UK though stocks are non-existent for a while now.

Hi there. Thanks for your comment. Oh this chart was finished over a year ago. It was a great introduction to HAED charts. 🙂
