I followed this recipe with 1/3 measurement but kept the baking time the same. And cakes turned out fab!!!.. absolutely loved it.. im gonna try with strawberry puree instead of caramel next time. Can you do an eggless cheesecake recipe as well..!?

Thanks for the recipe. Mine turned out pretty good for a first attempt...for an amateur baker haha. But they were just a tiny bit eggy. Any idea what I did wrong? I'm thinking I may have beat the eggs too long or not on a high enough speed to fluff them up? Or overbaked them, even though I took them out before the 15 mins. I tried this and it turned out sooo gud😍 But I didn't bake it. Instead I tranfered the batter to a 9 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper and kept it in the freezer overnight. I tried this and it turned out sooo gud😍 But I didn't bake it. Instead I tranfered the batter to a 9 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper and kept it in the freezer overnight. I served my cheesecake with Natasha's STRAWBERRY SAUCE🍓 It turned amaaaazing😋😋 I loved both the cheesecake and the strawberry sauce soo much😊 Thank u so much for this wonderful recipe Natasha❤
