No it’s not, but I also don’t carry it around for long periods of time. It’s next to me in the car or where ever. I run in and out of places or it’s in a basket at grocery store. I don’t walk the mall with my bags or anything. If I go out for a long day of shopping or walking around somewhere, zoo, fair, stuff like that, I will down size significantly. Sometimes I will still carry a tote bag but again I will reduce my carry. Hope this helps. Thank you so much for watching 💕💋
