I am not an expert by all means. But that book could have went in at 9.8. But when they pressed it into the mold caused those ticks so now it's not a 9.8
Yeah it's definitely possible. I will say I sent in books that had potential to be a 9.8 but wouldn't have been surprised if they didn't. Even with those ticks I think I have a possibility to get a 9.8 but no way with that lift on the open edge.
