I got selected as civilian LDC (level 2) in Indian Air Force on 11 Jul 2022. On being selected to Sorting Assistant (level-4) in Department of Posts (central govt) I tendered technical resignation on 20 Mar 2023. If my previous service adds for increment puupose I was supposed to get increament on 01 Jul 2023 but not given. Pl help out me in this regard sir
New pay has been fixed in Post office in level 4 on your appointment. Hence, new increment dates will apply

Modifications done in subsequent classes
Sir, there is no provision for giving notional increment for employee retiring on 30 Jun. As per my knowledge, subject is pending in court for decision and ESIC also has issued order to not give till any decision is taken.
This was approved by Kerala court to give increment when fixing pension but not accepted by ESIC and is under examination

have a doubt regarding pay protection in case of technical resignation. Suppose I have got 1 increment in my present post and my basic pay is Level 7 Cell 2; will it remain same in the new department or will it go back to Level 7 Cell 1?
PS: total duration of service 11 months in the present department.
