This means you can change your profile settings easily on the go. Here are a few examples of what you can do:
add sports to your Polar M460
edit training views (the data you see on your Polar M460 during a ride)
edit your training zones (both power and heart rate)
If you want, you’ll also get notifications from your phone to your Polar M460 during your ride.
When you finish your ride, sync your Polar M460 with the Polar Flow app with your phone. After syncing you’ll be able to view and analyze your stats. You’ll see a summary of all the important training data and a graph with your heart rate, speed and even power data if you’re using a power meter.
Great news for all Strava users: when you link your Polar Flow account to Strava, all data from your rides will automatically sync to Strava as well. If you’re a Strava Premium member, you also get access to Strava Live Segments directly on your Polar M460 during your rides.

I have one of these and my experience with it is quite good. The Flow app as you can see works well. It supports HR, power, GPS ride tracking (but not maps). Good battery too and finds GPS signal quickly. For all of this it presents good value for money against the competition. Downside is the small screen, its functional but not as large as say a Wahoo Bolt or some of the Garmins. For the next version if they could increase the screen size by reducing the bezel width that would be ace 👌

Its still supported, so when you will add gpx routes to it? Its 2022!

I'm difficult of sync the mine. It don't find Bluetooth. The last activity it just computed the hate heart, the ride not!
