WAIT!! WHOS F*&*^ING HANDS AR.... oh wait ... nm you cleared it up. Lovely kitbash man - love the finished effect on the fur, will be sure to remember your technique for next time! Really love how you've cut into the tusk to give them some sharpness
2:38 Pressing the piece you want to cut into a blob of poster putty on the cutting mat before making the cut 'holds' the piece, absorbs all the kinetic energy and stops those 'Hey, I might have a use for that later!' bits disappearing off into the either. Great Sgt btw.
I have to admit when I see an interesting topic with low views I immediately think "must be boring". Boy was I happily surprised with your content! Cant believe you aren't more known. subscribed!
Loved this video! I love seeing how you do you green stuff! I think it's really intimidating when you don't know how to do it, but you made the actual process of modelling the beard and fur seems so simple 😁 I also really dig what you said about "a kill team" being "YOUR kill team" once you give them a bit if pizzaz
@@battlebrotherstabletop when I made my Grotstealers kill team, doing the trenchcoat for "2 Grots in a trenchcoat" locus, I learned a lot very quickly, it was cool to see how you let the loincloth cure for a bit before you stuck it on. Big brain, my dude. I'm excited to put some fur on some dudes soon 😁
This is a fantastic video. Green stuff sculpting still eludes me after decades in the hobby and you've really simplified the process and taught it well. I'd definitely like to see more green stuff tutorials from you!
@@battlebrotherstabletop not to sound condescending or anything, but a sharp blade is super important. After getting 100 substitute blades on amazon for 5€ or something like that, I switch the blade at the beginning of every building/conversion hobby session (obviously not every paint session, haha).
If I was to criticize something would be the posing, some guys holding the rifles properly makes the special guys stand out more. Tip get an armature on your tusks
Leman Russ, Leman Reece and Leeman Ben
This deserves a pin 😂

I knew you would be the one to ask 😂
Thanks, brother ❤️
I’ve never used green stuff before so it was awesome seeing your process, they look great!
Thanks, man! It's not bad, I swear. Give it a go!
Actually watching you work is so much more effective than just a verbal description.
Thanks, man!
You make it look so effortless lol, love these feral tusk!! Amazing job!!
Thanks, George! It took a lot of sucking to get to a decent place lol

This is a pro tip! No more ricochets 😂

This type of videos are my jam!
Very cool looking sergeant.
Those are hands. Late to the part but started a kitbashed Raptors Phobos strike team.
Can confirm, those are in fact hands. Nice!
Love the crafts videos, good job
Even though I have ‘retired’ from kitbashing (😉) this is super useful. Fab as ever!
I’m sure we’ll see you come out retirement sooner or later 👀
Well. Now i have a good foundation for how to greenstuff beards and fur. Might as well give it a go 🤔🤔🤔

Loved your snaky skills good form 🤘
You know me, I love a chunky snake
Awesome stuff!!
Great job thanks mate!
Thanks, man!
More converting videos pls! The Emperor demands it! :)
I think that can be arranged 😉
@@battlebrotherstabletop that would be great. Would love such a video on your Vostroyans, although I think I can see what you've done there
we always need more videos of chubby snakes.
Coconut oil is great on beards too.
Endlessly useful!
I wish you would basecoat them at the end :)
Are they really your hands? 🤔or is this a “Ben’s people” scenario. Specifically claiming it, makes it suspect Lol. Great video sir 🙂
You’ve found me out, I’m a fraud!
Awesome job!
Did you use a sharp blade in the beginning? It looks a little bit dull and the tip already broke off.
This blade has definitely seen better days 😅
