This was such a fun video to watch. Can say personally speaking, the Gravity Falls fandom really holds special place in my heart. I was at a real low point in my life when I found the show and community and the kindness of fans then really left a mark. I've been in various parts of the fandom, from my early days on GF Amino, the GF Reddit, Discord, Twitter and yeah...Tumblr, lol. There's so many amazing people and while there's ups and downs to each and aspects of my time I wish I could change, I'm really grateful for the community this show has and the good that's come from it. It's kinda crazy also to think there's now fans who have joined the fandom who by comparison, make me seem like a long time member even though I'm still pretty new compared to many others, lol. Hana especially is probably one of the best people I've had the chance to meet and know cause of this show. Beyond just working on the interview with Alex, they've been an amazing friend, insight into the aspects of the fandom I don't as much know, a mentor and guide at times and just all around, a one in a billion soul of kindness and passion. The Gravity Falls fandom is all the more amazing to be part of cause of people like Hana and others who add that personal touch to the enjoyment that few other fandoms can capture.

It was really an endearing experience watching two of now my favourite people talking about a fandom that I regularly engage in. Thanks for this video from the bottom of my heart haha ❤
Fandom in my experience, was a really like a cushion for me. Especially the gravity falls fandom,talking about your favourite characters with huge text wall essays and people engaging with those essays,the heaps of fanart and animatics thrown around,it really shows you the impact the piece of media had in them. (Consuming gravity falls animatics gives me endless serotonin).
Fandom helped build a sense of esteem and confidence in me when I felt a bit estranged in my social life.Honestly the creative efforts of people continue to surprise and endear me over and over again.
