Way too many stairs. This home would have to be gutted and redone. The only thing I liked about this home was your description of everything. I used to sell production homes, and it is hard to make something outdated sell. You sound like a good realtor. Oh, and the water feature, I did love that!🥰

For its price its look pretty outdated and too many stairs' you cant grow old on this house

I like the location. Terrible “home” design. Definitely not for someone who wants to retire in it. Can’t imagine little kids and old people living in it. Accidents waiting to happen with all those stairs. Should the called the “Stairs House”.
Maybe someone who loves to do CrossFit daily walking around the house would buy it. lol
