Great haul man. Love that Avengers annual. Undervalued for sure. Rogue rocks. As far as the Captain Marvel commentary. I agree 100. I don't think an actor says anything without permission. I'm sure her words were either approved or perceived by production as completely normal. They are not. I consider them borderline racist but I'm not going to freak out. I'll just go see Shazam! The true Captain Marvel. It's unfortunate that the majority of current comics read more like propaganda pamphlets and less like an adventure story of heroic men and women attempting to do the right thing. I still enjoy some new books and I review them all the time but comics should never be purposefully decisive and either should the movies. This wasn't an accident it was a political move designed to attract attention but it backfired. Watch Wonder Woman. Nearly perfect. I hope one day that everyone will see this current political landscape as it truly is. Divide and conquer. I'm gonna go read some Conan.
i honestly can't believe how much people are complaining over it, its getting ridiculous. my personal opinion and i will say i'm not pointing anyone out at all but people complaining about political correctness or agenda is just as bad if not worse then a writer (who as hard as he might try cannot be totally unbiased) inserting an agenda/political correctness. I say worse because it usually brings nothing but negativity and bile. Again not pointing anyone out and everyone has a right to their opinion just like me and i'm just voicing my opinion to the wind, but i can't believe a generation raised on South Park and shows like it get so butt hurt and cry over the stupidest things
Mr_Comics89 First off, thanks for engaging in a respectful and constructive manner. Having different opinions is healthy and will go along way to solving the many problems in society. What I personally don't like and what this whole Captain Marvel crapfest is about. Silencing those who oppose the political correctness agenda. We love South Park, Family Guy and The Simpsons because they will not be censored or silenced by the PC mob. Supergirl and Star Trek Discovery or STD has gotten so cringy that I can no longer sit thru it any longer. The Orville does a much better job looking into today's issues without feeling like I was seated church or in an interrogation chair being told, "you must follow, you must obey... or else!" Captain Marvel, Brie Larson, Marvel, Disney and Rotten Tomatoes are doing just that. trying to silence our voices if we don't agree and side with them. Telling us that our opinion is not wanted then dropping the poll because it shows the amount of people being turned off by this trend reminds me of communist tactics to keep everyone in line. Not ok with me and by the voices out there, a lot of other people as well. I and others know that the PC agenda is out there, we just want it left out of our comic book movies and give us just great stories regardless of who is the lead character. Just one opinion from a life long comic book lover and collector. Thanks for chiming in.
your welcome, i don't like it when people cannot be civil and i try my best to be when sharing my opinion. not always successful but usually do a good job. And you do have good points even if i didn't like most of it. but i did my best to keep things respectful and kept anything that didn't come across that way to myself. I enjoy your channel and I do look forward to future videos to enjoy. Take care.
@@comic-sniper I'll admit it. I read comments. The exchange displayed here is the classy way of handling it. I have to agree with Sniper but both perspectives are valid in ways. Nice job guys.

I am looking forward to seeing the Skrulls though when I rent it.
Centauri Stir-Fry Yeah that Avengers is a real sleeper until the Disney puts Rogue in the MCU. Appreciate your comments and adding to the discussion.
That's what I'll do as well.
