The responsible Traffic Management Unit for the area was not notified, nor was the Crash Investigation Team - which is normally done when a serious incident occurs. And it was a serious incident, a mangled kid, airlifted from the scene. I don't know anyone from the local TMU that would have voted for his team, they would have loved to handle the incident. Plenty of VicPol members hate Labor and what they have done to cause the lack of respect VicPol has is the eyes of most Victorians.

Of course they were lying, all you have to do is look at the windshield, if Dan was telling the truth, the windshield would have been unharmed, it was impacted. The only way that happens is if the car hit the bike as opposed to the other way around. If the bike was the one who hit the car, the car would be fine, for starters, but the kid would have been propelled over the hood, missing the windshield entirely.
This doesn't pass a basic logic test.
