Yes it does. The cover has a zipper that extends the cover to accommodate the Garmin unit.

When wiring the power supply, is it plug and play or do you have to splice into power supply?

Thanks for watching. It's plug and play. You might need a power splitter that you can purchase from Sea Doo if a plug is not available.
