I do a warm-up then I do 3 sets-5 reps of depth jumps for plyometrics while working on my dunks o playing basketball then for strength I do 5 sets-8 reps of back squats with weights then I do 3 sets-10 reps of the leg press machine and then for power, I do 5 sets- 6 reps of jump squats with weights than for the last bit I do some core, calf fraises, hamstring machine, leg extension machine and some sets of hips thrusts will that raise my vert. I just turned 14 years old and at 6 ft

They're a bit narrow so id go up half a size. A full size might be too big. If you have narrow feet and theres a bit of space when you wear an 8 then an 8 should be okay.

The traction on these were not good for me indoor, the rubber seems too hard for indoor use. But outdoor, these were solid performers.
