Hey Phil! After years I really have to give you feedback as a Ultra-Runner & lifelong Fighter:
Your content is consistent and high-level and on top of that just motivational 2 lot of us 4 sure.
Traveled as a natural Middleweight depending on Running Volume
from Lightweight (≈70kg/155lbs) to LightHeavyweight (≈90kg/199lbs) using t Strength, Power & Conditioning wisdom you provide. Also decreasing injury risk drastic, thanks to mobility and flexibility excercices.
Appreciate 24/7 your detailed explanations for t right execution &
    just loving your fighting-specific content.
    Keep up the great work=)
    Greetings from Germany.

Why are the arms and torso winding up not considered counter movement? Is the requirement no global counter movement or just the legs?

all that jumping can't be forgiving on ones knees, ice pack recommended after this but much respect for showing some athletic progressions

Appropriate dosing for the indivudual's tolerance/recovery abilities 🤷‍♂️ Phil is likely gonna notice ongoing underecovery if it happens and respond accordingly. If he's recovering sufficient, it'll be good for his knees, not bad.
