The grader operator here in my personal opinion is doing one hell of an excellent job in consideration of how little help he is getting from the Foreman(or supposed to be) on this site on traffic control!
The Grader Operator while keeping a good vision on the levelling of the material with his blade must also have eyes in the back of his head as any goog operator must but more so in this case. My congratulations on the job he does as it shows his respect for his work, but his great work ethics also!!!
I can’t believe the stupidity of some people they can clearly see there are road works in progress and they want to drive on a road that is not safe . If I was the foreman here I would tell them to turn around and find another way .
