i have subs but they not great and if get subs to mach these speakers it cost about £800 pounds each i dont see the point as only do party's and disco's at the min so i use my other speakers that 800w peek get more louder
that's ture im getting more pa speakers that came from studio maybe getting 6 speakers 2 qtx 2 mackies and and 2 stage monitors so be more speaker videos
@@djsa5m286 go for aluminum horns combinet with titanium dome tweeters. trust me, i know what i mean. it`s a clearness in vocals that you`ll never find in plastic cabinets.
@@djsa5m286 If preffer DIY passive cabinets, Damp aluminium horns with black silicone so the horn will not go in resonance, and the sound will be natural as possible.

@@biddlybongdavinport5995 Shour there is. big difference. you americans use cheap plastic horns made in china for 30 cent, but here in Europe, deejays, use quality italian transducers, like RCF, B&C...and when you listen a Yamaha cheap plastic cabinet made in China, and a RCF, FBT, MARTIN AUDIO, DB, Mackie SRM V1... you`ll notice what a big difference there is.
I've got 2 small ones and i also used have 2 digital decks to but I got rid of my digital decks because most of the things I use can be used on the keyboard plus dont wanna pay 25 pound a month to use the software licence for the controller in long run its expensive

hey. i suggest you use a passive subwoofer. since it could cost only cheap budget compare to active one.
Yeah i used to have 2 active but got rid as was it wasn't able to keep up with my speakers

@@djsa5m286 That does make sense, since bass isn't everything. Those RCF speakers still sound great without them.

they are great cabinets, there`s no argue in that,
but a plastic horn, will never sound like an aluminium horn.

Actually it much better if indoor than out door
idoL cheesedog yea use them in hall they sound great you can get RCF 712a they get really loud it has 129 dB maybe better out doors
