You call Ultron a "dud" and furrow your brow, but he was so impactful when he released, that a whole year later, they had to release Black Bolt to finally start phasing him out.
Hey Beni, yeah I understand that he was impactful upon release but he’s not impactful now and that is why I furrow my brow and call him a Dud. Ultimus would have been in the same camp had he not just had his rework. The shame with Ultron is he was reworked for MoE and he could have been placed back at the top of the meta. However even with that rework, when MoE released you wouldn’t invest your Dark Promos for red stars for him.
'Hank Pym's speed bonus ia available throughout the game;' - unlike his shards. Hahaa. At least they should be here in ten days time, better late than Agatha. I'll be putting my Purple Iso on the DD8 teams and then look further afield. In the meantime I'll get all my daily use characters up to Blue five. Glad you enjoyed the film. I felt there was a Young Frankenstein nod/reference in the first couple of minutes but maybe that's me. I enjoyed it & know I missed stuff but not convinced it 'saved' the MCU or that it needed saving. Then again I'm not the average bear.
Hey Clay, wish I had thought of that Hank Pym line. Yeah they seem to have opened the taps up a bit on Blue ISO so ISO 5 is a good place for daily use toons. There were so many nods and references in the film it was great. What I meant by saving the MCU is hopefully it will start to get some good coverage again because the last few films although I think they have been great and as a fan of Marvel have really enjoyed them. Others haven’t and that’s fine but if this regains their trust in Marvel films then it’s done the job and for fanboys like me it was just another level or is that Nsync?
I didn't have you down as giving boyband references, there you go. Grin. I see now, gotcha. The Eternals & Quantomania didn't work for me overall but I did like them. Hopefully folk will start understanding not every film needs to fit a certain formula. 🤞
What's been keeping me in the game despite all the F2P screwovers was some pretty decent progress recently. They've been doing nothing but move the goalposts this month and as that goes on I move from making progress to treading water to moving backwards. So my project for the month is somehow keeping up interest in the game.
Yeah I get that feeling too. I hope you can keep up your interest in the game. I certainly think they are trying to push two camps hardcore spender and casual F2P.
Hey Paul, the soundtrack to the movie is brilliant I don’t think there wasn’t a song I wasn’t singing along to in my head. But by far the best is the opening scene song. Would say that it is the best opening scene of any Marvel movie.
Man, this crowding of the crucible store is painful. Even older characters in there I still need, like Capt Carter.
Yeah we are shouting in the Envoy discord for this to change. Like some of those characters could easily be moved to better farmable locations.

Nicely done, thankfully as always I've saved iso campaign energy and I have 9,000, thank goodness

We'll have to talk later about what songs you were singing during the movie. Based on last week, I know at least one.....😂
