The thing about them is they're also short. Each episode is 5 minutes long and aired at the end of episodes of GT when I was a kid. It's pretty awesome and pretty easy to get into. But also there's a pretty good chance you actually did see them and forgot because they were nested in between much bigger shows and were incredibly short.
I agree that Kenobi is not as terrible as everyone said it was. It was easy to watch, mostly enjoyable, though the premise itself was pretty stupid. Reva was ok. Getting stabbed by the lightsaber and surviving was annoying though
You rate solo as terrible are you serious? Yet you rate Kenobi which is objectively terrible as a B? What on earth is the thought process behind that? Why
@@DemiSupremi it’s not, it’s plain and simple that they destroyed obi wan’s character for no reason and that Reva’s motivations don’t make a lick of sense. You don’t even have to be a Star Wars fan to realise that. Plus the absolutely vomit enducing visual effects. How can shows like mando and Ahsoka look jaw droppingly good visually but this show is just pure slop
@@omarbaba9892 Eh, I thought the casting for Han was bad, and he never felt like Han. I just flat disagree about the story working. Maul has zero relevance to Han Solo. It was a weird shoehorn of bringing back a dead character which was silly in the cartoon and sillier for live action. Lando was good casting, but trying to imply him being in relationship with a droid was really uncomfortable. Yes, the bestselling novels have been ignored by the reboot, which is very silly of them. Things have to change translating to film and I get that. But it was one thing to tidy up the EU, and another to ignore stuff that's widely read and liked and you already paid for with the IP.
Obi-Wan is absolutely terrible. The most damaging thing that Disney has done to the Star Wars brand. Other than that, I nearly agree on everything else.
@@gamecentral470 that lore breaks the existing lore and destroys Obi-wan's character. He could be excused for inadvertently letting Darth Vader live on Mustafar in Revenge of the Sith because he had every reason to believe he was just leaving him to die, dismembered and on fire on the bank of a magma flow. Willfully sparing him again ten years later knowing what he's been up to in the time since is an abominable act that makes Obi-Wan directly responsible for everything Vader did from that point forwards. In exchange for one cool scene with Hayden Christiansen with the damaged suit we got the complete destruction of one of the few characters Disney hadn't yet managed to completely destroy. Darth Vader would also have had absolutely zero interest in offering Obi-Wan any form of absolution given the terms of their previous parting and so certainly would not have reassured Obi-Wan that he didn't kill Anakin Skywalker. The two of them should never have met between 19BBY and the Death Star because their lore (and the complete lack of direct intersection between their lores) was well established already.
I feel like this is a pretty normie star wars tier list. You didn't see the hardcore loreservice of Andor, nor the fanservice ligthsaber porn of Asokah, and you definitely didn't see the biggest piece of dogshit Acolyte, you think the sequels were terrible but not insultingly bad, you like the more exciting movies more, and you either didn't see or forgot seeing the minishorts version of Clone Wars as a kid. Pretty much the "I like Star Wars enough to call myself a fan but it's not like it changed my life" tier list.
star wars sure as hell changed my life growing up. originals, clone wars media and prequels are all very good. sequels absolutely pissed on the legacy, same with kennedy's other works like acolyte. mando was fantastic for at least two seasons. ahsoka, flawed but enjoyable for me. solo, detestable things like L3 and lando being "pansexual" but otherwise an ok adventure that hit the key points of what you want from Han's origin story. rebels, quite good for what it was. resistance, ok in isolation despite the fact it is too interconnected with the sequels. clone wars microseries, as good as filoni's series but in different ways, also good how well they connect outside of season 7. kenobi (from what i heard) definitely has some crap. Book of boba fett, kinda liked at first but there were definitely some weird choices.

I don't know how to tell you this, but every single thing you said in your comment is the most stereotypical Star Wars fam view that could be made. Like every casual fam I've ever met has these exact opinions.
@@donniejefferson9554 yes. That's the point of me calling it a normie or casual fan list. Hard-core fans have opinions on all sorts or extremes. But casual fans pretty much agree verbatim with this list.
the only folk that rate Clone Wars this highly, are the ones who know nothing of the Clone Wars Multimedia Project that predated it and grew up watching it, rose tinted glasses etc. Dave Filoni is a certified hack. Check out Sheev's content if you're interested (video "Star Wars The Clone Wars Does Not Hold Up"), he breaks down the show better than I ever could, but fundamentally, the writing is just... abysmal.
Loved that you did this. Thank you. My Personal ratings (films only, no order within groups): S - Star Wars (if there is post A rating, the original film is the second highest ticket sales all time behind Gone with the Wind. Unlike Empire, it does not require Ep IV & VI.) A - Empire Strikes Back, Revenge of the Sith. B - Return of the Jedi, Attack of the Clones. B/C - Phantom Menace (sure, it is better than anything post Lucas, but not as good as it could have been), The Clone Wars (movie) C - Rogue One (would be higher except it re-wrote back story of Ep IV in a dismissive way. It changed the context, meaning and believability of the Vader/Leia exchange way after the fact.) D - Solo (really, really should have been much better. Should be in F, but nowhere near as bad as F group movies), The Force Awakens (as much as I hated it at the time, still not as bad as F group films.) F - The Last Jedi, Rise of Skywalker.
probably how most of the fanbase sees the films as well. original trilogy is at the very top, prequels at the top or middle, sequels as absolute garbage with only force awakens being remotely decent.
Calling the rise of skywalker better than any of the other the movies is crazy.
Never let bro cook again
Rise of skywalker was literally the worst movie in the mainline
The Tartokovsky Clone Wars may look weird from the art style, but it's a fun ride. You should give it a try some time!

i do admit that obi-wan was just a bit boring to get into the storyline, but i mainly rated it B because of the lore between obi-wan and darth vader.
