I suggested by yesterday that u shouldn't underestimate the cost for that may let some people stranded while attempting to build but am now glad seeing that u have stood on the truth today. In house construction, there are unplanned financial challenges in every step but being that winners never quit, u must just keep the fire burning no matter how much u shall financially endure. Cant agree any more. When i was doing construction back on the village, I used to pay close to one thousand shillings per day on water alone. Timber and poles for supporting lintel works. Those costs plus other hidden costs for things like nails,wall pass etc will always inflate construction costs.Not to mention Kanjoo approval charges. Damn expensive!!!
