I had a good giggle when the power tripped and your lights went off - that's how we in South Africa diamond paint each day 🤣 One moment you have a lot of light and you are loving working on your diamond painting, and the next it is dark. It is called loadshedding. Basically our state owned electricity company doesn't produce enough electricity, so we have scheduled rolling blackouts throughout the day.

Always enjoy your wip and chats as I work on my own. It gives me “permission” to take that all too precious me time! Can’t wait for the launch of that gorgeous new standard robin egg blue tray!! My no buy is going to end on that day and totally worth it!!!!! 😊😂
Love ur comment about being a rule breaker & using metal tweezers to tweak ur glue dot, I roared with laughter cos that's what I do too 😂😂😂
Oh my... look at those colours, I think it is the use of colour and the overall design that make it so good. I do my diamond painting on a 70cm long fold up and down plastic table, found a good priced A3 light pad that came complete with metal stand. It does not hold all of my painting so to avoid the already drilled area falling off the top and side of the pad making a nasty corner like a sheet on a bed I put a large piece of card that is about 70 - 80cm wide behind my light pad on the stand, the drills on the completed parts the canvas are thanking me.
Just placed an order for some trays and pens and already got a shipping notice! Might take a bit to get to the US, but very excited. Started watching your videos about 2 months ago when TH-cam randomly suggested one to me, and then ordered a few budget kits from Amazon and got a DAC from Joann. Just placed an order from Craft-Ease and DAC with birthday money. I can see how people get so many canvases in their stash. Thank you for your videos and tips and tricks.

I have been wishing to since I was a little girl. Fingers crossed that one day I will get there. Cosmic is looking so fun and colorful, I just love it! 🐝
Hi, Rebecca. I laughed when you read my comment about the mystery painting because at this time I now have 2 mystery from DAC 😂😂 they offered my a discount I couldn’t resist and it became my 1st personal purchase this year (I bought 2 for my mom’s friend).

Yay more two tones, just take my money lol. Would you please look for a pink and teal two tone please. Those are my two favorite colors. This painting is beautiful thank you for another wip and waffle it was much needed today ❤ my dogs can't handle potatoes either unless its air fried sweet potatoes.
Hi Rebecca, I got here late today so will have to watch in two parts as I need to get tea.I have had an afternoon of sorting the final box from moving almost two years ago. It was basically everything from my dressing table in the old house. I don't really have a dressing table in this one so needed to find a home for it all.
I too have the clear pens for wax tips so will be on the look out when you put them in the shop.

Always love the Wip & Waffle. I wondered if you have any videos that discuss the use of glue dots versus wax. I’m becoming increasingly frustrated with using wax so wondered if there were any hints and tips for using glue dots (such as how to place them, how to remove them and the efficacy of them versus wax). 😊
WOOHOO!!!! Presentation Books - WOOHOO!!!!! I have been searching high and low to find the right size and was just about to ask you if you could stock them and VOILA - my wish comes true! I'm so happy!!!! BTW - I have ALL the Paintgem minis except for Her Story and Houseplants so I hope you ordered a ton of them please. I think I have 25 boxes (very early birthday present LOL!).
I have another request - I love the new slimmer resin pen but wonder if you would ever consider getting them a little shorter. I use an Ott magnifying floor lamp and sometimes the pen knocks the light. Another BTW - I bought one of your silver metal pens, added a GOOD metal tip and a glue dot - absolutely no problems going from regular diamonds to AB's at all - NONE, NADA, NIL. Just thought you'd like to know 😋

Have you tried giving Luna a hard boiled egg when she get an upset tummy.. my sister would just let the egg cool in its shell then roll it along the floor and Titch would chase it and eat it she'll and all.. we lost my sister in 2019 but Titch is still going strong at 18 this coming July.

Hey Rebecca! I'm listening to this working on my own DAC mystery kit!
I got number 35, which is still available, and horror. It is so much fun, and I'm maybe 10-20 hours left until done - just a few more rows! It was a ton of fun guessing what it is as I went along, but now the image is clear. It also made me want to get more from this artist, as I've never seen his work before.
I definitely recommend! Even once, just for the adventure. If you're seeing this recently, DAC has.... Four available, I believe. I almost got one in my most recent order, but it was already over $200. 😂
Another one from me. I’m a bit of a rule breaker myself and use tweezers. Though I’m not a huge fan of pink, that is my go to tray in either the large or zesty size.
Hi Rebecca, it might be the starch that is giving Luna the upset tummy . My pup is a chip hound too ! I have found he seems to itch more when he gets one too many chips . Sadly he is highly allergic to grains . And any corn is a nono for doggies .
Is the new tray storage you are talking about, are they suitable for having the trays filled with drills so you could have multiple colors out and usable? Not sure about previous conversations whether this was a possibility or not. 🌹
I just started changing some of the regular diamonds to ab diamonds and I start from numbers to letters then symbols I find it easier on me and my eyes

Addition to the posture headache issues. I'm a short person so I can't use easels etc as I have to stretch too far for it to be comfortable. I use my desk and when I sit at the desk the desk is on level almost at the base of the breasts, not an easy way to stretch up and over to get to the canvas. (short person, big breasts not a good combination). So slanted desk works best in those circumstances for me and the way I do my paintings has a lot to do with my stature and how little I have to stretch as well.

2 questions. What does the Waffle mean in WIP & Waffle (at first I thought you were doing DP whilst having waffles 😂). Why aren’t you supposed to use a metal tweezer on metal tips? Thx!

@@thelifeofkatie6758 No, we've got ones that showcase all the colours. I put pictures up in the Facebook group. The ones used in my craft room are just painted A4 paper shelves. We use the others for stickers.

Just remembered I have another comment for you. Usually I dot while listening to your WIP and Chats/Waffles. The only time I actually watch is for preparation and dekitting videos. Don't ask me why as they are basically the same thing over and over but I have to watch every single minute of them. Please do not talk to me when I'm watching them Well, the other day I believe I was watching one of your WIP's instead of painting and I just about wanted to slap myself for being such a pain to you - I had to point out every single diamond you missed - every single one!!! What a pain in the patoot! Sorry for being so obnoxious!
Another remembrance - the tiny zest trays decided they like being called 'baby zesties' and I think that's cute too!
Oh, another request - could you not talk about warm weather and hanging laundry outside for a few weeks please? Friday we still had a foot of snow on the ground with 4 - 8 inches predicted for Friday night. I was dotting in the afternoon and then just about cracked my head on the ceiling from jumping so high because of a LOUD thunder clap!! And it was raining which means the snow should melt - right?!?! WRONG - I went to bed with raindrops on my windows and woke up on 4/1 with ice on the windows and more *#&@ on the ground!!!!! And this snow is just taking it's sweet time melting - what a pain! I guess I shouldn't be surprised as the central section of the state can receive snow until JUNE!!!! I just hope it doesn't this year....I'm so sad 😭😭😭😭
