For the Battle Mechanics of the Game for "No Effect" Status it depends on the situation on how to Trigger it. Example: Jeanne D' Arc Ruler Noble Phantasm (NP) Effect 1: Grants party Invincibility for 1 turn. Effect 2: Increases party's defense for 3 turns. Effect 3: Removes party's debuffs The Effect 1 and 2 Will Trigger because it gives buffs to your Allies. Effect 3: if your allies (Party) doesn't have any debuffs on their status like (If the enemy gives you a Poison Status, Stun, Defense Down, etc...) Effect 3 will not trigger because you don't have any of those Debuff status. so it will say No Effect. But if your Party have those debuff Status, Effect 3 will trigger to remove your party Debuffs. for the "Weak" you see in the video when a servant got hit, it also depends because Fate Grand Order Game has many Servant Classes that can counter other Servant Classes. The reason why some of the servants are old masters from previous HGW(like Waver & Reines) is because in FGO there's something called a Pseudo Servant which is the spirit of a heroic spirit being fused with a human vessel who are compatible to their personality and such!

So actually, Fate/Grand Order is available to play in the west on android and IOS smartphones. It's basically a Visual Novel/Turn-based RPG so if you played any games like Persona or Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, you should know what you're getting into with lots of reading and flashy combat. Now there *is* Gacha mechanics where you roll for powerful or fan-favorite Servants, but the game can be generous on Gacha currency for newcomers and you could always borrow the Servants of friends or strangers online to carry your way through story. For FGO anime adaptation you want to start the movie/TV special First order, as that covers the prologue and the first (tutorial) chapter. After that you can watch Babylonia episode 0 (though it will spoil something that is revealed in the Camelot movies) or you watch the two Camelot movies. After that Babylonia. After Babylonia the Grand Temple of Time. After that (which is the finale of the first story arc) you can watch the Moonlight Lostroom OVA (that one is a prequel to the prologue of Arc 2 [arc 1.5, the Epic of Remnant sadly has no anime adaptations yet]). After Babylonia you can also watch Grand Carnival,which is an episodic comedy series with no impact on the story line.
I want to emphasize, what makes the brown servant look weak is the player, not the developer because the damage depends on the buff given before the Noble Phantasm, the white servant looks very strong because before the Noble Phantasm he is given a lot of buffs, maybe up to 10 more buffs that's why it looks so strong, so it's all the fault of the player not the fault of the developer

The reason why some of the servants are old masters from previous HGW(like Waver & Reines) is because in FGO there's something called a Pseudo Servant which is the spirit of a heroic spirit being fused with a human vessel who are compatible to their personality and such!

Shirou is *not* in the game, unless you count Emiya and Emiya alter. It is heavily implied that Muramasa has completely overtaken Shirou's personality. It is unlikely if Muramasa left that the body would survive, and that's ignoring the fact that he is now dead, permanently.

Just because some of the NP does only buffs or debuffs doesn’t make them underwhelming having a servant that can buff or debuff is very helpful.
It is a little sad that some of those NP are still the old version. Many of them got animation updates and are looking way better now.

So actually, Fate/Grand Order is available to play in the west on android and IOS smartphones. It's basically a Visual Novel/Turn-based RPG so if you played any games like Persona or Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, you should know what you're getting into with lots of reading and flashy combat. Now there *is* Gacha mechanics where you roll for powerful or fan-favorite Servants, but the game can be generous on Gacha currency for newcomers and you could always borrow the Servants of friends or strangers online to carry your way through story. For the most part, at least.
ALSO! That one red Saber-looking girl who had the cannons in the ocean and mansion that appears out of nowhere is also from another Fate game series called " *Fate/Extra* ". The first game is a PSP game, but a remake is being made right now called " *Fate/Extra Record* ", so keep your eyes peeled for that! The sidequel, " *Fate/Extra CCC* ", was never ported to the west though. But, the sequels " *Fate/Extella* " and " *Fate/Extella Link* " are actually available internationally! Those two are both available on PS4 and Switch.

For FGO anime adaptation you want to start the movie/TV special First order, as that covers the prologue and the first (tutorial) chapter. After that you can watch Babylonia episode 0 (though it will spoil something that is revealed in the Camelot movies) or you watch the two Camelot movies. After that Babylonia. After Babylonia the Grand Temple of Time. After that (which is the finale of the first story arc) you can watch the Moonlight Lostroom OVA (that one is a prequel to the prologue of Arc 2 [arc 1.5, the Epic of Remnant sadly has no anime adaptations yet]). After Babylonia you can also watch Grand Carnival,which is an episodic comedy series with no impact on the story line.

I want to emphasize, what makes the brown servant look weak is the player, not the developer because the damage depends on the buff given before the Noble Phantasm, the white servant looks very strong because before the Noble Phantasm he is given a lot of buffs, maybe up to 10 more buffs that's why it looks so strong, so it's all the fault of the player not the fault of the developer
