Furthermore, our system is archaic. it can't keep up with the needs of the people and it needs to be upgraded and reformed until the burdens of the nation are no longer the responsibility of one man and a handful of Representatives, but the people themselves. we don't need another scapegoat, we need to value personal responsibility.
