The Living Room - Beijing

Dr Chris Brown, the star of Bondi Vet and co-host of the Living Room, heads to China with SNA Tours. During his China holiday he visits a man who collects crickets. Cricket fighting is an ancient Chinese traditional, dating back more than 1,500 years.

In China the word for "cuckold" sounds similar to the word for green hat. That's how green hats became to be known as symbols for men who have been cheated on. When I first saw this video, I thought the people were staring at Chris because he was foreign and so tall. Learning about "green hats" gives those looks a whole new meaning.
