Ingredients as added
1 large onion chopped
1 red bell pepper
Hot pepper to taste
7 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon salt
200 gm lamb fat
1 kilo minced beef
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
Add to the onion water
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon tomato paste
To make the Tahini Sauce
½ cup tahini
1 cup yogurt
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ lemon juice
