Cook your steak on an ultra hot 440°C volcanic rock grill!

    Steak Inn's USP is two-fold:
Halal Exotic Steaks: Llama, Ostrich, Buffalo and Venison among others.
Cooking process that encourages the diner to fast cook their steaks on a volcanic rock grill that's been preheated to 440°C.
And it really is an enjoyable affair. It's obvious that the steaks on offer seem to be of good quality; and with zero seasoning, one gets to savour this for what it really is and what it really ought to be.
The cooking is done at the tables by the customers, so expect a lot of turning and cutting and the food was eaten not raw as shown at the end of the video. It was cooked a little longer.
The cooking was done by the owners

On top of that a full table ordering that... its going to feel like your in the volcano... imagine a full restraunt. Its just a ridiculous idea. They came out with a raw salmon on a stone at a restraunt last week. Charged me 20 pounds and had to cook it my self. Menu wasnt clear enough and ita just pure laziness.

The volcanic rock is in demand nowdays since the typical charcoal is not healthy for cooking meals, whereas the v.rock retains the heat that was emitted by the stove, and it can cook meats at such short span of time due to the mineral properties of the volcanic rock, suitable as well for fireplaces instead of using wood or charcoal. Being enviro friendly always is the best, quality and quantity not compromised.

halal doesnt work that way, from what i know in my religion aka Islam, halal just doesnt mean you have to kill the animal the right way, but also you have to cook it well done so that there is no raw meat in the middle, it has to be completely cooked throughout. sorry if this is wrong but got it from my teachers. 😁

Cook one side until it’s done then flip it and cook until it’s done. Take it off the heat. And don’t cut your steak or stab it with a fork while it’s cooking. Let rest 10 minutes then eat it.
