Very nice informative video! I got shoulder injuries too which i take care of very seriously now. But its just good to hear when high level athletes recover from them and eventually are able to train again with strength/power. But be careful good sirs with the current pandemic. I also work in the healthcare field, and covid doesnt discriminate whether youre healthy or not. I’ve seen young healthy people on our floors without pre-existing conditions, that get really sick from covid. So always be cautious and stay safe and strong brothers!
He inspired me to calisthenics. Big up Dejan. But since he changed his workout routine to weight lifting, I had to stop following his workouts but still respect his calisthenics work💪🏾🤞🏾
Ed, I really like your work, your interviewing. I think you are the best in the area of calisthenics. And although I appreciate people like Dejan a lot, and will certainly pay attention to what he has to say, I can't really identify with training and diet advice from someone who is less than half my age. I am 55 and am really interested in content that is high quality like yours but pertaining to what people my age are doing in terms of diet and training that are keeping them lean and strong as they (we) age. For example, at my age I find that sticking with basics rather than skills and freestyle is the best idea to make progress and avoid injury. Also, a balanced diet that is not radical (like vegan or keto) is best and that intermittent fasting is really the best dietary practice. Thanks!
Great video as always. Do you think you could provide examples for the supplements he listed which come from a good source? I´m afraid there might be a lot of less wholesome supplements and want to buy something "good".
DEJAN is everything💖 My dream is to just see him do calisthenics in front of me 🥰 I really want him to be back in youtube 😭😭 DEJAN STIPIC STIPKE GANG GANG💞💞
obviously at least on testosterone injection. Probably after falling in dynamic he begin to be frustrated and wanted to focus his life around strength training and steroids just speed up the process. He's insolent because he's lying about it all the time besides that, I understand him, reasons behind it and I respect his work.
Dejan is the man, he got me into calisthenics years ago. Only love for him. Keep it up man
