Nice Glass MRL Traction Elevators @ Wilson CTA Station - Chicago, IL

(7-30-19) When CTA renovated the Wilson Station, they added in these two very nice glass MRL elevators! They have your typical CTA style fixtures with vandal resistant buttons and the giant phone cut out on the panel.

Those are cool even though they’re basic. I like how the lanterns and call stations are on the door frame. That phone logo on the call station makes a nice touch. I didn’t expect these to be traction, lol. The NEMA Innovation Buttons are interesting.

I like these! They’re holding up pretty well so far for CTA elevators. These ones haven’t even developed a nasty odor yet.
