Graphics are too 2D in some spots, but I only like that it tried to be more original over the second game as that one was basically a carryover from the first.
Mario Party 3 was my favorite on the N64. Here’s what I loved about it. 1. Princess Daisy became a playable character. (She is my main in every Mario game) 2. It has great boards. Loved Chilly waters 3. Great mini-games. Locked out is my favorite, that’s a fun game. (I hope if Mario Party Superstars gets dlc, that game gets in.) Mario Party 3 is awesome
I know. My siblings and I wanted to see how far we can go and once we kicked the computer out our rhythm was mostly AZAZ and at the end one of us finished it with B.

This was one of the N64 games I received when I got my N64 for Christmas in late 2001 (yeah, I was a late bloomer for N64). I sure had a lot of fun with the Eatsa Pizza game.

Seems like they put really good effort in their mini games, while for MP3 they might have been tired, out of ideas or rushed the game (since N64 was coming to an end), and invented so many meh mini games with bad visuals/backgrounds. MP2 graphics & mini games even look better and were more fun. My Mario Party rankings are: 1. MP5 2. MP2 3. MP4 4. MP6 5. MP1 6. MP7 7. MP3 P.S. These are the only MP games I have ever played, and I played them each A LOT with my friends. Still love them all!
I remember this old claim my brother and I had with Cheep Cheep Chase. Whenever played by a computer, Daisy would always win. This led us to believe she had some sort of turbo in her dress. That...is stupid, I know. She's probably just a good swimmer.
To me, Mario Party 3 is the black sheep of the original N64 games. But it's still better than the ones that came later. I find Aces High to be very fun. What I love most is the Duel Map. So unique. Still own this to this day.

The best and most strategic MP game of them all. The item system here was awesome. It improved a lot the formula.
