Ok, there is Spool rope sits, there is hole drilled round spool guard 1.5inch apart and stopper which controll how far to unwind the rope so you can unwind 1,2 or 3 depends on how fast you drill the well 1 hole is slow and 3hole is fst. Then there is Clutch to enable you do that so you don't have to switch off the engine
