MIRACULOUS SULANGAN CHURCH 🇵🇭

The Sulangan church is the Shrine of St. Anthony de Padua, is the Patron Saint of lost items, people, artifacts, and spiritual materials. Many believers come to the church in search for answers through prayers and considers this church miraculous as their prayers are granted.
The candle area of the church is also the place where pilgrims pray for more specific wishes. Sulangan is an island at the southernmost tip of Samar, is completely surrounded by the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean.
The church miraculously survived the strongest typhoon in the history of mankind (Yolanda) with only little damage, despite the destruction of the surrounding houses and structures of Sulangan. It was claimed that the church sheltered the barrio folks during typhoons.
Calicoan beach is the surfing capital of the Visayas.
