Yup, NYC actually has some of the best tap water in the world, lol. It's been claimed it's part of why NYC-style pizza actually made in NYC is so good -- the local tap water they use when making the dough.
Recently went to Emily for the first time, the atmosphere was great and super nice fun time but the burger was a little underwhelming. The Mexican Coca Cola and Curly fries were spot on but something about the burger didn’t sit right. Perfect preparation of the patty and the onions were unmatched, but the sauce took over a little bit, and since the sauce was a little too potent it wasn’t very pleasant.
So it's about $10 more than your average burger from a quality restaurant. I'd hardly call that a "great amount of money". For $27 I would think that's a decent price to pay to try a Michelin Star burger.
I mean this beats fast food, dry aged meat can be tasted off the bat, the pretzel bun is unique, assuming the sauce is housemade...makes for a unique burger worth the money

This was hands down the best burger I’ve ever had in my life, wish there was a location in Toronto!!! Everything about the burger was perfect. The fries though, were a disappointment. Felt like they came out of a frozen food bag from Costco. For 28$, at least give us hand cut!
